Per our community guidelines, your traveler should reply to your messages within 48 hours and contact you 24 hours before their arrival to coordinate delivery details.

If you are not receiving replies after multiple attempts, please reach out to our support (help@grabr.io) so we can intervene on your behalf.

For shoppers who have accepted orders from “Travel Squad,” please allow for delays due to the high volume of messages received daily.
