How do I delete my account?

We’re sorry to see you go! If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience or help with a specific issue, please reach out to our support team first.
If you still wish to delete your account, you can now do so directly within the app by following these steps:
- Go to your Profile.
- Tap on Settings.
- Select Account details.
- At the bottom of the screen, you will see the line: "You can also delete your account." Tap it and follow the instructions to confirm.
Important things to note before deleting:
- Active Orders/Trips: You cannot delete your account if you have any active orders as a shopper or ongoing trips as a traveler.
- Permanent Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your order history, reviews, and saved information will be removed.
- Multiple Accounts: If you are trying to delete an old account because your phone number is "already in use," make sure to log into that specific account first.
If you encounter any issues with the self-service deletion, you can still to our support team.
