What happens if I incurred extra expenses purchasing or delivering a product?

As stated in our Terms and in our FAQ on customs, the shopper is responsible for any and all customs fees associated with the item they requested.

We encourage both shoppers and travelers to anticipate any fees, such as customs and shipping costs, ahead of time and to add this extra amount into the traveler fee.

If you received a customs fee, please send a copy of your receipt to help@grabr.io so we can help facilitate reimbursement from your shopper.

That said, if you delivered many high value items and did not disclose this to your shopper(s) ahead of time, any customs fees incurred are at your own risk and expense.
