My order should have already been delivered.
If your order should have already been delivered and you didn’t receive any updates from your traveler, please contact our customer service team so we can help resolve. It may be that your traveler needed to postpone their flight and/or have left our community without letting you know.
If your traveler has not communicated a change in their plans and your order is up to (7) days late, you are eligible for a refund. If so, our customer service team can facilitate.
